Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice so I can offer that time to another client.
less than 24 hours' notice: A 30% fee of the scheduled service will apply.
Same-day cancellations: A 50% fee of the scheduled service will apply.
No-shows: The full price (100%) of the scheduled service will be charged, and a 50% deposit will be required to rebook your next appointment.
If you're running late by more than 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply.
I offer one grace for every client—this means you won’t be charged for your first late cancellation or no-show, but after that, the fees above will apply.
